How to make an EXCUSES!

Basically, when we're at work, we can't resist to take a nap, especially while sitting. So, I give you some tips on how to avoid interrogation and confrontation and to escape scolded with your boss.
Sleeping at work is inevitable, so if you get caught be initiative. EHheheh.

1. They told me at the blood bank this might happen.

2. This is just a 15 minute power-nap like they raved about in the last time management course you sent me to.

3. Whew! Guess I left the top off the liquid paper.

4. I wasn't sleeping! I was meditating on the mission statement and envisioning a new paradigm!

5. This is one of the seven habits of highly effective people!

6. I was testing the keyboard for drool resistance.

7. Actually I'm doing a "Stress Level Elimination Exercise Plan" (SLEEP). I learned it at the last mandatory seminar you made me attend.

8. I was doing a highly specific Yoga exercise to relieve work related stress.

9. Darn! Why did you interrupt me? I had almost figured out a solution to our biggest problem.

10. The coffee machine is broken.

11. Someone must've put decaf in the wrong pot.

12. Boy, that cold medicine I took last night just won't wear off!

13. Ah, the unique and unpredictable circadian rhythms of the workaholic!

14. I wasn't sleeping, I was trying to pick up contact lens without hands.

15. Amen.

Ask Yourself?

It's hard to start anything when you dont know what to do. But every journey begins with a first step,,right? So I make a move asking myself about my life going through. I'm kinda weird questioning myself and answering it all by myself. But before that, this questions is not only come up on my mind, I've read this on a magazine. So, I try and see for myself if I can answer it. This questions is like an evaluation of your whole life through. To make you fully understood, what I mean, here are the questions:

Where is my life leading to?_________________________
Where am I supposed to go?________________________
Where am I now in that direction?____________________

The first question asks for direction, the next for the destination and the last for the location. I am surprised to find out some discoveries having this questions. The answers are within yourself and yourself can answer. In some circumstances, you may find that your life has no direction at all, especially when you leave the first question unanswered. Or, if you have no definite answer for the second questions, you may see yourself getting tangled up in a circle.

This means that our life is going along but it's getting nowhere. Life is merely an endless round, we born, we grow, and we will die. Consequently, we can hardly locate ourself in a journey that leads and ends to the right path. Embedded in our being is the search for the meaning of life, the thirst to know where it begins and ends. That's why life is a long road to takes. So, put a direction in your life and dont forget the destination and the most of all is the location. Coz only ourselves can locate where are we going to. Now folks, "Do you know where you going to"??

Now I know!!

I used fluocinonide for my skin problems, I am satisfied of the results every time I used it. But for the grueling years that I used this products, Id never know that there are several kinds and types of fluocinonide. There is cream, ointment, gel and solution. If I dont search on the net about the said products, I wouldnt know about it. Just recently, I used the wrong one I mean not the one that I used to, when I put it, I feel redness and very itchy. So I check the box and read it, oh its a cream, and I've only find out that ointment is the one that I usually used. I thought its a fake products but not only thought, I've found out that there's fake products, so beware of imitations. In our society now, a lot of fake, sometimes you cant trust right away, but we persuade on the looks, then later we find out that its fake and not effective, what a waste of money then. But the main thing to bear is just buy the products with generic/brand name when it comes to treatment.
